Im planning on using fiberglass for a custom sub enclosure. Where do you fiberglass ppl get the stuff to lay the fiberglass? Ive seen some kits from Bondo but have been thinking about looking into stuff for boats.

Also when using it for a sub box should i use the one thats weaved one way or both ways. And about how many layers should i put if i use the single weaved one or double weaved one?

I know some tips like use foil to mask things off. Use vasoline on gloves and use a mask to breath and good ventalation. BUT what other tricks of the trade are there that make the job a bit easier?

Thanks a bunch a munch

Theres two simple types of resign, theres epoxy and acrilic. acrilic is going to be muhc much cheaper, and will work perfect for a sub enclosur. Your best bet would be to go look at a boat yard. if there not one near you, just go to home-depot, its like $25 for a gallon. I would also say use double woven material, it will be stonger work nicer with the box. You wanna have at-least 3 solid layers. Theres no reason to do anymore. Some other tricks would be to, take your time, and use cheap brushes. Liek go to a dollar store, mine is 3 for a buck. also get a big box of laytec gloves.. you'll use a lot.

home-depot is just too expensive......
