Hey man that sucks really bad...I don't really know what its like being the dumped or the dumper so I can't really offer any advice. Just try to hang in there and think about the other chances that you will have to meet women that are better for you (and maybe better looking, depending). Play some vidamo games and listen to your favorite music and eat some candy or something. Try to make a good day out of a terrible one.

****ty man. If you guys we're very close and together for a long time it's gonna take time for you to feel better about the whole thing. Hang out with some friends.... maybe have a couple drinks WITH your friends. Don't wallow for too long... it'll just make it worse. If it helps try and focus on the bad times... like something she did that would really bother you or a big fight that you had. Life goes on though and there's always someone out there to fill the void.... you just gotta go out and look.

Go on a sex streak, had my first love for 1 yr & 4 months & then we broke up cause I felt her going to some other guy (which she was in the process of) & then a week later I jumped on the matress with 4 other women. I still felt like shyt till I realized I just got 4 women in one week & it balanced out for a few.

I realy dont think thats going to help much.

I say just hang out with your good friends, and do what you like, or want to do, that maybe you havnt been able. Thats all i did, and it was nice not to have a g/f.

If it's meant to be, you guys will find your way back to each other. I know what you're going through. Not quite the same though, but very close.

People can tell you stuff, but it's actually up to you to make yourself feel better.. You need to find something that will always make you feel even a little better, and do it. I always take a drive if I can't take it anymore.. Of course, I have soft calm music on, so I don't do anything stupid. Maybe that helps too.. I'm sorry to hear about your situation, I hope it gets better. Good luck.

Whenever I break up, I go out and buy something for my car. It'll give you something else to think of

Lol, thats waht I did. It hella works man. I got my heart broken time after time and I decided to hit the gym up religiously and bagged myself a good woman, with the new found confidence and strong mentality. The gym definately makes you feel better about yourself.

there id no REAL way to get rid of th feeling that you have. best way is to either put yourself back on the market and look for some fresh meet. or you can just drown your sorrow in liquor like i did but i wouldnt recommend it tongue.gif

Sorry ta hear about that....
Dont worry, you'll move on... There's pleny of fish in the sea they always say.... But this is what I did wen I dumped my ex bf and ws sad about it. I just put myself in a positive enviroment... Like in my case, hanging with good buds, seeing a movie, shopping (that always makes me feel better biggrin.gif). Just treat yourself to something good and keep your mind ocupied, so you wont havta think about what hapend....

Hope that helps... Hope everything all good with you
*Sabrina

P.S. Look on the bright side... Now you can flirt with anybody and not havta worry about your girlfrind finding out. Thats how I looked at it when I split up with my bf

yeah a good run/jog can really clear the mind. I cant speak from exsperiance (i have never been "dumped") but I can only imagin it makes you feel like crap about yourself, just remember that your you and if she wanted out, then its her not you.

PS: go to the strip club (if you ok with hot girls stipping infront of you) it will if nothing else take you mind off of it, and also it will click in that you are now free to flirt, etc. guilt free.
