 How to Take Shifter Apart? |

How do you guys take the shifter apart to install the TWM shifter? I managed to get the pin with the spring and washer(with the six little cuts in the middle of it) off, but I can't figure out how the other one comes out.
Does anyone have a copy of the TWM shifter installation instructions or anything that they could scan/take a picture of for me? I'm hoping to figure out the cheap D.I.Y. short shifter thing this weekend since I'm done with finals and I'll have some time.
