yes we established that but he wont actually get it - he will appeal and win and probably serve life and he would sit on death row for years and years anyways

Only way this guy is going to live is if they keep him in solitary for the rest of his life. If he's in general population he's not gonna last very long. Take Jefferey Dahmer for example.
