I noticed when the comments were wiped out in the member profiles, they were also wiped out in the how-to articles. This was probably unintentional but is a bad idea. There were some good tips from other members that had done the same or similar mod.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

Good observation... i remember on some of the articles there were some really vital tips made in the comments... like in the indiglo gauge installation how-to someone made a comment on how to fix the needles so they stay accurate after u install the gauges. my vote is still for getting comments back. smile.gif

At this point, it'd be a complete hassle to add the comment system back. It may be possible for me to append older comments to the bottom of requested how-to articles? Would that work?

I think it would work in the sense that we would have those comments that have already been made but future comments would not be possible. I assume from your comment that it would be as difficult to add the comments back in to the how to articles as it would be to add comments everywhere. If so, then I think your idea is probably the best we can do.

Yeah it's a shame, with what little howto articles we have a lot of the best info was in the comments frown.gif
