FS: 1999 Celica GT Hatchback, Engine has only 22K miles!! Options

To make things easy, I've made sure my profile is up to date. Turns out my fourth child is on the way, and therefore I need our second vehicle to have four doors and all the safety features, Blah Blah Blah.

Therefore, it looks as though my third and final Celica is up for sale. I had a 91-that met it's demise do to a head on collision (not my fault). I then bought a 97 which I loved, but sold that when I had my third child, ironically for the same reason I'm using now. I was w/o a Celica for a year and everyday I hated it. Anyway, I sold my wife's Maxima for a mini-van and went out and bought a 99. 3 years later here I am, for three kids it was fine, but not for four.

From factory: Manual 5 sp, Leather interior, Performance package, Alarm w/ keyless entry, Moonroof, CD, Spoiler, ABS

No rust, looks great, I ride w/ a bra on it to minimize chips to front of car, Oil changed every 3 to 5K religiously w/ Mobil one. Needs nothing but a new home.

Kelly Blue Book is approx 9K, with 90K on engine - this car has 22K on engine - all paperwork in tact. Looking for 10K, would like it to sell here, if not ebay or cars.com.
