I saw this on ebay and I've heard about them, but do they really work?

anything on ebay that claims to give you a certain horsepower gain in the description is crap.

Look, They give you maybe 2 hp by tricking your Car into thinking it's pulling in a diff temp air outside. Then it dumps more fuel in. you car explodes. Dont buy ebay crap.

I wasn't going to get one I was just wondering and I buy tons of electronic stuff off ebay and get them for like half off msrp. Great deals.
