so i have some interesting news, some of you may remember that i got in a huge fight with my old roomate a few months back, i moved out and moved back in with the rents... well my mom came to me today and gave me an option she said "you know you will probably be getting your tax returns in march, and with that money i think you should put a deposit on an apartment, and if you move out then we will forget about the 4500 you owe us for the car" sounds pretty fair to me. i am paying them 500 a month, 300 for rent and 200 for car, so that eliminates the 200 for the car, if i could find a cheap place to live around here (it will be kinda difficult) then i should be alright... what do you all think?

Why not? I think you should go for it. Sounds like a pretty good deal:

1. Take away the $4500
2. Independence

oh fully, i am going to do it. im going to be 21 this year, you think i want to be here that long? lol but yeah the only hard part is going to be finding an affordable place in town that wont break me with the rest of the bills that go along with moving out, so for a while i might not have 6gc, that would be a sad day indeed. just kidding, i cant live without internet, i'll manage it in there some how. lol
