Well, I got the invader kit. The backbumper fit good, the sides fit great......and the front, no good. The highbeam holes are like an inch-1inch 1/2 out. Im thinking that metal saftey bar is getting in the way, yes I saw the post below about the guy modifying it. My bodykit guy says if thats the problem, we are going 2 remove it but replace it with a metal bar to hold some stability.
So my question, for the kit to fit great, does the bar have to be removed/modified...r did I get a junk front end? |

DON"T TOUH THE BAR>>>>only a stupid person would do that or a person who doesn't drive their car due to show...bkholer for example
it will fill with thebar you just have to knotch it out for it to fit around the bar and if that doesn't work you can...slightly modify the headlight tabs to extend to the bumper or you can glass the bumper to meet the headlights this is what you get for a knock off kit ![]() ![]() |

actually, the aluminum crash bar isn't the problem. there are 2 black brackets on the end. Remove those and it'll fit better. But you'll still probably have a gap by the head lights.

I used a invader top, and it was a cheap copy, both headlights were not equal as far as the fiberglass going to them. I had to add some. I also removed those 2 black brackets. Your not the first, and you wont be the last! |
