 Tranny problem..., is it my tranny or clutch??... |

ok...to start off... when i bought the car.. 3rd gear grinds when down shift from 4th to 3rd... now going from 1st to 2nd dont really go in...feel like it is sort of stuck or something...and have to jam it in a little or like go a little to nutral and quickly to 2nd....well anyone have any suggestion what it is??..
