Hey Tuan, so you are in the process of making the headers right now?  Or do you already have one on a car and was wondering if anybody was interested?

Another thing, are we gonna see how it performs before we buy?  Sry if I sound to rude, i'm just curious.

The pix I posted was from my friend Ivan, he was the one who bought our mr2 header and install in his car and he loved it. He helped us modify one for the celica header and we are in the process of producing more header for the celica community. I am sorry that I don't have any dyno number but I've sold 25 pairs to mr2 owners and they love it. The like the gain in power and their engine sounds a lot meaner. I hope that answers your question.

Can you find out how he did this? As in modified it to fit the tilt of the engine in the celica?

Sorry to keep posting, but i don't trust things first hand. I learned that building engine's and car's with my father growing up. He just pointed something out to me in that picture. It looks as if the 02 sensor is drilled into one of the single pipes, can you varify this as just me not seeing it right?

Is it said that you can't modify a header from an MR2 to fit a 6GC?

As we Toyota fans know, the engine in the mr2 and toyota celice 2.2L is the same 5FSE
engine. Spunky393, I don't doubt your skills and experiences in working with building engines and block components, but my engineering departments are also experienced. The o2 censor is not DRILLED into one of the header pipe, it's WELDED on the bottom of the header flange. If you are not confident with this header, then I don't want to force you into it, I can take ur name off the list if you want.

Yes they are both the same 5sfe but...the degree that the engine sets at is totally different.

Wow, this is insane. Good deal IMO. The only question I'll ask..... I understand the price might be more later, but can I order one in the future, say summertime. I'd like to order now, but I just spent a lot of money on the car and dont have a spare 300 for a while.

Okay please excuse my inexperience with this, but does this replace the catalytic converter at the stock exhaust manifold? Where does this header end? At the catalyitic converter after the down pipe or at the down pipe? If we only use one O2 sensor won't that force the ECU to throw a code? Is this header tuned for maximum output gain?

I appreciate you doing all of this, when exactly do you think they will be ready to ship?

This header will eliminate the cat. The header ends with the b-pipe. Not attaching the second o2 censor will turn on the "engine check" light, just have it reset. The max output of the gain will be at 3500-5000. Keep in mind that your engine will sound alot meaner!!!!

I'll notify you when we are ready to ship it.

Well, I just hope it actually fits on the Celica 5sfe (same engine yes, different mounts) and that the bottom (which we have yet to see pictures of) is nicely done- since it sounds like you're taaking mr2 headers and modifying them?

yes, i'll fit. We reshaped the header flange and increase the length in the b-pipe.

Hey guys

I am Ivan the guy who made the first modified header for the celica, at the moment is it on my friends 98 celica gt, the top end is a noticible diffrence and it dropped his 1/4 mile a little bit.

If any of you guys have a question please ask.

The header ends before the secondary cat on the obd2.

for the obd2 there are 2 locations for the o2 sensors, and my friends celicas engine light has not come on yet from eliminating the primary car.

If you guys need more pictures i will be more then happy to take a couple and show you all.
