The bore and stroke of my 2.2 L 5s-fe engine is 3.43 x 3.58

so obviosly it isn't near square bore. It is possible, and if it's not. Then how big can we get without having over heating issues? ANY help is appreciated, lets here it 6GC

Not really big. Because of the block design (solid cast), the biggest spec bore is probably only a few mm larger than the stock, which is roughly 87.5mm if I remember correctly. I'd say you wouldn't be able to get more than 89mm overbore...
