 Clutch and Flywheel 7afte, need help |

Ok i have searched and found nothin but stuff to confuse me. i am getting ready to turbo my 7afe and was going to upgrade my clutch and get a light weight flywheel but i started lookin around and found things like flywheels for 6 or 8 bolt crankshaft. what is the 7afe 6 or 8 bolt? need help and sugestions on what clutch to get and flywheel. Would be nice if u could include were to get them and how much thanks in advance.
