 Got a new stereo have a few questions |

Hi,
I bought a stereo today and It doenst come with a wiring harness, so am I going to have to splice wires to get it hooked up? Also I was just wonderin if this stereo is pretty good? I hear Pioneer is good, and I wanted one that would work with the Ipod. Pioneer Headunit I bought The one i got accepts Pioneer's future ipod adapter and also plays mp3 cds..
