 engine flush, cleaning injectors, etc., should I do it? |

Last time I went to Jiffy Lube to change my oil (no I don't do it myself
 ) they told me I should do an engine flush and get my fuel injectors cleaned. Is this necessary? I had an engine flush and a manual transmission service done about a year or two ago, what do you guys think of these 'recommended' services?
