theres some info on the alarm system... $225 shipped in the continental US, the product is BRAND NEW NEVER USED, i only opened it to check the contents, it was purchased a few months ago and has been sitting in my closet, decided not to use it with my MR2 just because i need the money.

both are in working condition, blitz is in great condition and comes in original box with both the small filter and open adapters. both BOVs have MR2 specific flanges, but are replaceable very easily (not welded on).

please make a reasonable offer on the Blitz one, the HKS one's finish is fadeing and chipping a little and i had to cut out the original adjustment bolt because it was stripped i put a new adjustment screw in and it is still in perfectly good working condition, just doesnt have much of a show quality finish to it.. just looking for a reasonable offer...

What model is the HKS and blitz bov? What is a price range you are looking at for each? I really dont know how much these bov's go for..

How well did they work on your mr2 also...im looking for one just for fun.. but i dont want it to cause the car to run crappy.

jeesus... i should probably check this thread more often... ill contact all you guys via Email or AIM as well to make sure you see it, because i just put the 2 BOVs up on Ebay because i forgot to check my thread first...

1) Blitz DD Supersound BOV... usually go for between 130 and 150... i have mine up on ebay starting at 110 Shipped... willing to take that would like to get closer to 130... but i guess thats not going to happen since i said i would take lower

2) HKS BOV is an older style SSQ model, it is in great working mechanical condition, but the finish is coming off and i had to use a different adjustment screw after the original stripped out. like i said it still works perfectly fine, but doesnt look the greatest. Listed at 40 shipped on ebay.... i kinda got screwed on this thing when i purchased it for 200 bucks a few months ago lol live and learn.

3) Alarm system is not up on ebay yet, but im getting ancy to do so both supersprynt and 1Bwilson have expressed intrest in it, but havent heard much more than that... get back to me when you can about this.


as far as your question bufferdan, both work great on the car, unfortunatly the day after i installed the HKS unit my old CT26 turbo went bad (unrelated of course lol it was on its way out, then i was going throttle happy listening to my cool new BOV and it killed it haha), if you are not sure about what exactly you want reguarding a BOV or not, id suggest picking up the HKS unit for this price and just see what you think. it'd be easy to resell this guy for 40 bucks if you dont like it, but if you do, keep it, if you really want to test out some more BOVs after it, they are relatively easy to find for sale.

lemme know asap so i can get this stuff off ebay if anyone wants it before someone bids... if you wait too long i wont be able to cancel these ebay auctions if someone bids on them.

Dan, after going in and trying to cancel the auction i dont think i can... i think i can just end the auction early if i have a bid on it, the opening bid is 40 dollars, if you can and have an ebay account, can you bid on the item and ill cancel it? if for some reason that doesnt work i promise i will not hold you to anything if something goes wrong with it. lemme know if/when you do, im going to keep trying to figure out how to cancel this thing...
