just wanted to know if the over seas GT, GT-S (5sfe,3s-ge ) celicas have them ?

do you mean one that you can adjust? cause as far as i know, every car has a stock regulator on the rail.

as far as i know the answer is no, the stock fuel regulator can not be adjust you have to change it to an aftermarket, appex-i, sard, hks, tial.....................
