 Steering problem |

Hey guys, sometimes (not very often) when I make a right or left turn, it feels like the power steering (does a 94 celi gt even have powersteering?) goes out. It makes it extremly hard to turn. I literally have to grab the wheel and pull it in the direction I want to go as hard as I can. Any ideas on what this could be?
