Update: Accepted into UCSB. I might want to go there over Berkeley or LA (If I get into either one.) I'm thinking the beach atmosphere would be a lot better than the big city atmosphere for studies, not to mention life in general.

Apply to UCSD? It's got pretty much everything UCSB does (snobby area, ghetto area, waves), except it's a better school.
I chose SD over UCLA and I don't regret it. Don't be disappointed if UCB doesn't accept you, they and UCLA trade off on acceptances, or so I've heard. Congrats on the acceptances. --------------------  |

Final Update: accepted to Cal
Now it's all about making the choice ... I'm wavering between UCSB and UCB, gotta go visit the campuses and see what's up. Should be going down to Santa Barbara this weekend, and to Berkeley next weekend for their "open house" things or what ever they call them. Anybody else have anything new? |
