I recently bought a brand new Garret T3 turbo off of ebay..it has a internal wastegate, and half of a downpipe...the turbo is very clean, spins effortlessly and has VERY minimal shaft play. i paid $300 shipped for it and i would like to sell it for at least $250 Shipped...email or PM me if you are interested, i can post pics if nessesary.
