i got a front bodykit bumper "invader" style for $176. i guess i got what i paid for.....the shop i looked at is charging $400 to fit, prime and paint. They do a really good job on other cars, and the bumper is really crappy. The high beam slots are not long enough to reach the lights on the outer parts, and there is a huge gap between the piece and the light, almost an inch on both sides. it was gonna be a $300 job but he's charging an extra 100 just to bring it out so that it reaches the light.
Now my question is, is this too much? Cuz in my mind its waaay too expensive. I'm thinking of putting it on myself. The shop basically gave me a free demo on how to take my bumper off/on. My friend says he can paint it, the paint is $100 for a quart. The only problem is the gap. Are there ways to fill it in?? ![]() -------------------- ![]() |
