You should run a T3 turbo with 9 - 10 lbs psi. The T25 is pretty puny, but props to you on the engine work.

I'm guessing you just threw a turbo on, didn't do anything with your intake, fuel, exaust, or cams. It's an airflow problem, hence the "no kick in the arse" feel in high gear

StreetRacing10PSI well the t-25 has alot of power. but what ive heard is that its too small for such a large motor. i recommed you just add a bigger turbo. just cause i know youll get boost addicted. i am. well spunky393 i have a warblo 255 fuel, adjustable fuel reg, supra light green injectors, 2bar map, and should be gettting the fmu and a safc. but i still am not feeling boost in high gears i know the 5s doesn't have the best top end but i still want to feel the car pull to top end. tried t put in the t3 turbo last night but it woudn't fit. thats sucked. so put the old t-25 back. jump the boost up to 8psi feels a little stronger but no feeling in 4th or 5th

here is my though your out of the turbos power range on a little t25 on a 2.2L motor you should bump up to a t3 with a 60 tirm

this is copied from your other thread i replied to:

almost all the T3 series is too small for the 5s. IMO if money wasnt an object, i'd go for a T3/To4E hybrid with a 46trim compressor and a .48a/r for the turbine.

in that graph i plotted for 7 and 10 psi...good stuff, and as you turn up the boost it just gets better. i'd definetly sacrifice a little spool time for what that turbo will give ya wink.gif
::EDIT::: heres a plot of a 60trim T3, just so you guys can see what im talking about, this is the largest compressor in the T3 series.:

as you can see, your almost off the right side in the higher RPMS...anything smaller than a 60 trim T3 and your way off the map by 4500-5k...the exact reason your car falls on its face in the upper rpms, with ubber quick spool, your turbo is too small.
wink.gif IMO if your going to use a T3 nik is right, go for the 60 trim

there are 60 trim and super 60 trims but i would agree with pressure i would go t3t4 if you can afford it. If you ever wanted to beef up the internals down the road the t3t4 will still work as the t3 60 trim would start to see its limits.
