just look at the picture....read the posts.....
it stops air from pushing up and over the rad and making it go straight into the rad....increasing cooling....TECHNICAL ANSWER NOT REALLY 100% really just a rare cool part... |

Im shipping next part of panels next week thusday. And Drocay - the front of the panel that has to tips to screw has to go UNDER the metal bar, not on top  Looks good guys -------------------- Ex celica owner - just a guy from other side of the pond...
