The headlight relay is in the main fuse box.

What it is, its the little fuse box next too the raditor, passenger side. I wire from that run to a headlite, the fan, and whatever. Its got like 2 big relays in the small box and a coil. Its a small black box

The relay box with five spaces for relays? Those are for fans and ABS and A/C and one other thing that I can't remember, but not for headlights. Are you sure there's a wire going from that box to your headlights?
