Lol ok I've been reading a few threads and you've been referring to your "aviator"... I didn't know what you meant, but I think the word you're looking for is "avatar". Just thought I'd give you the heads up so you're not confusing everyone.

TL's and G35s are out of reach with 30 grand, maximas and RX-8's right at that price point but only when they are stripped... After taxes and title and plates my parents TL came to just over 43 thousand. My mouth about dropped whn they told me that...

Well, invoice price on the TL is $30,164. If you shop, you should be able to get close to that. Of course, tax, title, and license are going to be on top of that. Did your parents get the navigation system? Thats an expensive upgrade. $43k is shocking though for that car.

yes, they got nav. , and the A-spec package ( adds about $5500 to the car). Also they had the dealer add dark tint to the windows (its black on black)... regardless of that, basic TL's in the twin cites dont budge off retail price... the only reason my parents got a good deal is because of that A-spec package... $33,100 is MSRP without navi... and my parents car without the A-spec is $35,100...
