My alternator just died on me
 No one has any for a celica down here, except of course toyota, i don't even want to know how much they want for one. However, i found a 2000 camry alternator on e-bay for cheap. Also since i was looking into getting a high output alternator, i can't seem to find one for the 6th gen altho i found a bunch for 5SFE camrys. Would the camry alternator fit my 94 celica? yes. the camry alternator puts out 80 amps where the celis is 70 amps

well, that may be true, and there may be some difference with the 2000 model camry, but I tried replacing mine with a camry alt. ( camry was between a 92-96) one of the plugs did not fit

i did the swap with mine and is same as the stock alternator.

what year camry was the alt. from that you swapped in?
