last night i saw a nice Celica supra in town.
black, 18" rims, muffler. looks like the guy was doing some body work to it. i liked it. i made the comment in a crowd of people that i would trade my probe for it. i guess the girl my G/F was talking to was the owners G/F. she told me he was looking to sell it for $1800 or trade for a street bike. the rims, muffler, sunvisor tvs, PS2 were going with it, along with him finishing the body work and painting the car. he stopped in tonight and his gf asked my gf if i was serious about trading my probe for it. im not sure of the year or the mileage. its also an automatic. r the celica supras RWD? i know they have the inline 6. it didn't smoke or anything when he took off. im really thinking about trading. i don't drive the probe since i got the celica back and i have always liked that body style. think i should trade? -------------------- Jared Harwell

yes they are RWD. Sounds cool. I would definelty trade if it seems a fair deal. I'm a Toyota freak though...

the last year of the Celica Supra was 1985. I had one. strait 6 RWD. The Supra became it's own from 86 on.

well, after loking around and signing up on supraforum.com im looking for a N/A mk3 supra.

I love that car! My bros is the only one like it in WA and it sucks cuz its just his daily Point A to Point B car and my dads mechanic buddies are like WTF u built this beast for ur son who doesnt take it to meets or show it off! haha! I was at a junk yard today and saw a 90 supra chilling. Body is straight, engine gone, and most the interior pieces stripped out. I want it soooo bad. The perfect project. I get to throw whatever engine i want. Probably a 7mgte but could go for the newer engine. Man I wish I had extra cash I would have my first drag car.
