Well, I got home tonight after dark so no pics to show yet. Sorry guys. I will do my best to take some tomorrow.

The body work looks like it just came off the showroom.

Driving impressions: its scary fast. The fabrication and other work is impeccable. I am very pleased.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

cant wait to see it.

how are you planing on tuning it? did you at least buy some type of piggy back?

Well, right now it is not tuned. We put a wideband on it and ran it pretty hard at 14psi today and the experience was breath taking. The A/F ratios stayed below 11.9 which is generally safe but a little higher than I was thinking with the 550's untuned. Closed loop is rediculously rich. While tuning with my application is not necessary for safety reasons, it would likely improve gas milage dramatically and probably add another 20whp - which I am not sure I really need in this beast.

Jeff and I are working on something for the summer but it won't be exactly "east coast" but close smile.gif I would enjoy hooking up with you guys....

How about you just come over to Greensburg, Indiana and take me for a spin

How about I swing by and we caravan our two celicas to the best 6gc meet ever? biggrin.gif

sounds like a plan to me.... but if you try to race me, be forewarned... I drive a st..... and it takes no prisoners.... lol

I only race for pink slips. j/k

P.S. I have some headlights for you. I need to get a box to ship them - my mechanic threw my projector boxes and my spoiler box away.....doh!

I am posting some exterior shots in this thread. I have a bunch of pictures of the new exhaust and intercooler piping. I am also going to take some of the turbo kit but you won't see much because I was able to retain the stock heat shield! I will start another thread in the FI forum for those.

looks great Jay, wicked nice.

the spoiler is perfect and the clear turns look great. Are those the Tempo fogs ?

I agree the diamond cut side markers are crappy looking, I am working on something that will replace them wink.gif

I would buy from you in heart beat Dustin...I have admired your work. They are fogs from a 92 ford tempo. They look almost OEM. Can't beat em for $40 from the junk yard.
