allright my engine is toast now it's totally ceased up. it turned out to be a rod bearing...thanks for your help guys. i'm hoping to get a used 5sfe and swap it out.

I spun one of my bearings... we just pulled it out today... But we are looking at the Number 1 and 4 caps.. it appears they were on backwards... anyone know if the groves in the cap go together or on opposite sides?
