antenna problem, wont go up or down. Options

Ok, so ive had this problem for awhile but i havent posted it, so here it is. Like the first day i brought my celi 2 school this fat duche bag whos a friend of a friend comes over n reams on my antenna. Since then, i manualy have to pull it up or push it down and it doesnt fully go down when i push it down, the motor still works. So any one got a solution to this problem? i think the gears in the sliding part is just broken, so i was thinkin of goin 2 c toyota for one, but i figure goin after market would b cheaper, or gettin an s2000 antenna conversion done. how much are they roughly?
