try.....start.......programs......find the gay program and see if theres an uninstall there. AOL has to be the add/remove unless they installed it different from everyone else. what os are you running too?

You can also look under My Computer C:\program files and hunt them down there.

well that was going to be my first suggestion - but go through add/remove anyway one by one and you still may find stuff you don't want

DO NOT TRY THIS FOR PROGRAMS IN ADD/REMOVE
iff you really want it gone that bad and don't wanna just delete the icon - for stuff like that (speedy internet, aol) - start right clicking icons and select properties (can do this on the desktop and start menu) - should give you a shortcut's link (field to look for is Target) - if it doesn't have a shortcut link location just delete the icon it IS the program else you'll have to navigate to the shortcut link via windows explorer and delete the files associated with that program

WORD OF CAUTION
this may leave you to believe that you've deleted it from your computer - the files in that location may be deleted but you may miss others in other locations or keys in the windows registry - i HIGHLY advise only deleting icons from your desktop/start menu that are unwanted if they do not show up in Add/Remove Programs

Yeah they are the files like AOL, Netscape, and whatever other crap the factory put on there, it's like advertising, those companies pay the manufacturer so much to throw a set up program on your computer, as long as you don't run them you can just delete them.

i think you mean WIFI ...not bluetooth

WIFI is for wireless internet. bluetooth is for short distance stuff, like a wireless bluetooth mouse or headset.
