 A/C Compressor?, 3SGTE and 7AFE interchangable? |

I'm doing a 3SGTE swap into an ST and I'm wondering if I can just remove the a/c compressor and leave it hanging (so that I don't have to open and empty the system) and then attach it to the 3SGTE, does anyone know if they are interchangable?
