Smudges on paint, HMMMMMM... wtf!? Options

So I was looking at my celica that i just got back from the body shop w/a brand spankin new paint job, and I see that there is a smudged looking place on the drivers side door under the mirror and another one behind the door on the drivers side. So, I grab this cleaning cloth type thing that i use to get water spots and such off the car, and I wipe the spot in the front of the door. It does nothing, and this cloth thing usually makes the car shine like crazy... and the smudge just stays there. It might have even became darker after i wiped it. So, I'm like WTF . I was gonna post and see if anyone had this happen to them.. or knows what's the best thing to do to fix it. I want to get the most I can out of my 1600+ dollar paint job. Thanks alot!
