To me it looks like the route the piping down under the battery and towards the front fender/nose area, where it could possibly catch some incoming airflow through the radiator, but that's just what I'm thinking.

it's a homemade intake..9/10 people who have intakes made them themselves and ran that path...i made my own for my celica when i had it...30 bucks total..i'd never pay 120 for something i can make..go look at the how to artical on intakes for the st

Make your own, the only thing different than making it yourself will be that these peices are precut for you and comes with everything you need. It might take you a little more work and effort, but it will save you 100 bucks in the end

thats where i gott mine hahaha its good but it needs another pipee unless u dont have cruise control.. like mine the only place it fit was right down in front of the radiator so i needed another pipe to run to the right at the bottom so its where it needs to be.. the seller is great shipping is fast and very reliable guy..
