Opinions with my interior, Seats? TVs? Gauges? Colors? Options

K, as i am gathering parts for my project i need some opinions of the members of 6gc.

Now a days we all know almost every car in a Import show needs TVs. I already have my indash, but should i go with 2 or more? If i go with two more should I place them behind my head rest? But here is the tricky part, I plan on doing a complete new back seat for my car. Taking out the rear seats and placing three 10's or 12's in subs, 2 facing into the cabin and one facing out into the trunk (I have a coupe). So is there really a need to place the monitors on the headrest, since there wont be anyone that will sit back there? Or should i put them in the visors? If i do that, I know that my girlfriend and any other girl that would ride on the passenger side would want to check or do their make-up . So at the same time should I place a small camera next the monitor and have it display on the monitor? So if I dont get the monitors on the head rest, should I get racing seats or just redo my seats again? What colors or pattern should i go with this 2nd time around? If I go with racing seats what brand and style would you guys say is best? I DONT want bucket seats. I like to be able to adjust the seat to my comfort. I would prefer red and black as my colors. Now as for gauges I really want to get the Defi gauges sphinx got me hooked on those. Hope he doesnt mind me "borrowing" his idea. As you can tell i would prefer some JDM parts/brands on my car. I have learned the hard way, you get what you pay for . So might as well get things done right the first time around .

Well guys and girls throw your ideas up there, even if its just a color.

Maybe do an LCD mirror/backup camera.. give you one screen. Maybe one in the trunk?

I don't think backseat LCDs are very practical in cars, maybe in an SUV or so

Gauges, depends what youre doing, but it sounds like yo ugot that under control.

What about the tenzo seats you have listed in the profile?

Color, I think an all blacked out celi could look pretty hot inside, subtle, but stylish.

Visors, you might end up having a problem getting em to stay up correctly with too much extra weight.

Got any pictures/ideas for your back seats?

well first off i have to say this, you have bucket seats now (bucket seats = single seat)

you just don't want fixed seats, you want reclinable ones


the next big thing of coarse is your budget, who much money do you have to spend. this is a big decider when buying parts.

also do you have any current themes (that you currently have or want to have) , for example on the outside or under the hood, if so you should go with those on the inside too.

and as far as color, thats going to depend on your taste and what your wanting to achieve.
if you want sleek and stylish, i say go with black, but if you want flashy (which is what it looks like you do, looking at your seats) then go with brighter colors that stick out and catch attention, either way make say it corrdinates with the outside and engine bay.

Thanks for the reply guys. Dont have an exact budget but Im not saying the skys the limit. Right now the brands that i am getting or are in process of being ordered, are:

Tein, Apexi EBC and exhaust, HKS bov and TT, C-One triangle strut tower, Spearco fmic, Defi boost guage, JL audio, Alpine dvd indash, Sparco or Bride, Volks, Bridgestone, and a few other that i cant remember at the time.

Well as you can see I am going with name brand parts. I noticed that it does sound like i just named the top brands out there that make parts for our cars but that it was I am doing. I just need your opinion on models for the items. Or if you can think of a better part let me know. Well there are others that probably are TOP SECRET but i can say at the moment, my sponsors want to wait and see how well i do in the upcoming shows.
