Basically, was on a trip with a friend, he was driving and pushing about 85 in a 55mph zone in his van. Some cop on the opposite side of the highway flips it around and starts following us. By the time hes turned around we are definetly going under 70. He follows us for half a mile or so, then turns on his lights and pulls us over. He says he clocked us going 80mph on his radar gun...
Is this even possible? (to get a bead on a car and a reliable speed approx moving opposite of the object you are scanning) I thought you had to be in a stationary position for a radar gun to be effective. Any info on if this is fightable or not would be nice. thnx~ This post has been edited by Smlogg: Jul 25, 2005 - 12:19 AM |
