I call BS on this, Cobalt SS vs. STi Options

Now I have ran a modded SS and they're quick but not STi quick they're more like RSX-S quick.

Yeah the guy was a little too excited. Maybe they just decided to say it was an STi but since they couldn't catch up they couldn't find out for sure.

Probably a "regular" WRX, and not racing.. No way that was an STi.. I'm not sure on the Cobalt SS numbers, but an STi is about 240 bhp in US.. And 260 Euro/JDM.. The WRX is still 200+ bhp.

I test drove a SS, it was pretty quick, but wasnt fast. my buddy gets his bro's STI when he goes 2 Japan, he let me take it for a drive and wooooo. cobalt SS vs STI = no contest

Why's everyone calling BS? For one thing, they weren't racing. The cobalt just pulled up behind the car with a video camera, and then the Subaru floored it and smoked him, which is what I would expect to happen. Look how slow the scenery is passing by, I highly doubt they even hit 85. I've driven past a ferrari on the interstate before but I will never claim I beat it in a race.

Dude you didn't hear that SS bark second, plus 85 mph isn't that fast, check my video out i'm doing 100 mph and the background isn't moving that fast.
