Do Hella H1 55w bulbs are whiter than the stock projector bulbs or they are just stock replacement?

I bought them because I though they were whiter

Unless you have low beam projector headlights they're useless to you.

Sylvania Silverstars, Philips Cool Blue (and other cool blue bulbs). I wouldn't trust those no name brands on ebay though.

Its Philips Blue Vison, not Cool Blue (unless the have other names for it in the US)
I have Philips Vision Plus bulbs and they are brighter then the ones that came with the projector.

Oh, yes your right, indeed they are Blue Vision, I must have been thinking about Osram. My apologies.

And like Kadett, I have the Philips Vision Plus (Philips Vision Plus +50% for me), it provides greater peripheral vision and a slightly brighter beam output. Not white though.

Coso, It seems that you also have the stock lights. Because if you switch from stock to projector the beam will be ALOT brighter. Then your used to.

Best thing to buy for bright almost white light without getting HID is Blue Vision.

But planning to install a HID kit in the near future. Next month i think!
