NO2 seems to be the new talk in the town. supposed to increase blood flow which obviously helps in repairing muscles and keeps them more "blown up". just wanted to know if anybody on here has tried it. any feedback is welcome.

everyone I know that takes it raves about it.

Just buy Cell-tech. it's a creatine formula... and works like a charm. When i was Really working out I gained almost 20 lbs while taking that stuff and thermo tech.

i work out about 4-5 days a week, depending if i have hockey or not. im taking a protein suppliment right now. im not sure about weight gain with NO2 but i dont think its a problem...not sure though. you take 6-8 pills a day depending on your weight and age.

think im just gonna stay with the protein shake but heres some links for the NO2;

The best way to get cut or lean, depending on the direction your coing from like Latino said, eat healthy and work out hard. I wen from being over wieght, well very overwieght, 240-245lbs all fat to now 185-190 mostly muscle.. You have to cut out soda, Candy, juice, extras liek cookies doughnuts, and stuff like it. Set a rutine... something you can stick to, work out hard and you'll see a dif. I started biking and runnign more this summer so i havnt gained any muscle prolly lost some, but it has been way to hot to work out at my house. I just do free wieghts.

Its all about self motivation, I had a reason to get fit and i did. Im still not near what i want to be, but it also takes time.

tru, but im not worried about my weight. i weigh 185 and its mostly muscle. i definitely need to cut down on the beer though and i should start running more.

NO2 is for muscle gain and rebuilding. it also helps in that "pump" at the gym. i dont think its used for weight loss.

Theres this stuff called aminofuel... that helps a lot when lifting wieghts to give you that extra push. Also eating bananas help, cut the aminacid to your muscles so you can go a lil longer with out then burning as bad. BUT be carful, you can tear or stress your muscles.. I worked out way to hard one day and then couldnt work out for like 2 weaks from straining my muscles to much.

Also if your lookign to get cut, a very very easy way to help, is every night OR morning.. Do 100 full push ups.. and then 150-200 crunches.. That is a very nice work out for not working out. and will def show nice results for only 10 min of work out.

You have a good amount of mass, Id say dont take any type of body builder stuff.. aminofule will help. Id say start biking/running to lean up a lil bit. Just work on a good amount of reps, crunches sit ups, and push ups and lifting.. try free wights. Unless you want to be hudge, then just work out every day and take lots of that crap.
