 dim head lights, bad battery? |

The celica's head lights are dim lately, I'm pretty sure its a bad battery. Because when I rev the engine up, the lights get brighter. Is this a bad alternator, or battery?
Side note: there is no sound system in the car, only mods are car alarm. |
