Ok heres my problem. I drive on the highway at speeds up to 60+. The engine is fine, but than after a bit it sounds like the timing belt is loose or something and the engine won't accelerate anymore. (It kinda feels like I got no power to the engine) Then I pull, over come to a stop and then in 1st gear accelerate again and it goes once more. what the heck is wrong with the engine? Could it be a transmission slip or something. I don't want to think that its the timing belt or the water pump. cause Im flat broke and don't want to fix those right now.
On the last removal of the CV axel, I only dumped in 2.5 qts of tranny fluid. I think that should be full enough. Any ideas what could be the cause?? |
