I have 95 Celica ST and I really want foglights. So I went to walmart and bought some. But here is the things, since its almost kinda winter and its getting cold and I dont have a garage I dont want to do all the (taking off bumper and drilling into crush bar thinny). So I just want to mount the damn things, I tired drilling before the crush bar but it just didnt look good on my car. So here comes my question, if I get a foglight braket will it be easy to fit my fog lights on it?
I have something like that but just a lil bit smallerclick here -------------------- <<AKA THA RUSSIAN>>

Well, since no body here knows what to do I am gonna do it my way and make tha damn braket. I already got a cut out for the mounting braket so I sould be done by the end of this week. If u have any Q's pm me.
For later viewers: If u are interested in how I am going to do this (or 've done so if u are looking at this thread in the search). Send me a pm and I will be glad to help you out. But remeber I am just putting in aftermarket foglights onto 95 Celica ST. And not taking the bumper off. -------------------- <<AKA THA RUSSIAN>>

Geez, someones impatient
![]() My brothers, and my old ones, came with brackets similar to those. I just mounted them to the top of the bumper cover.. seemed fine to me. Just careful where you drill/screw them that it doesnt crack or show if you take them off. It also depends how you want them to look... I like them to be out/flush on the bumper cover, some people like them set back/behind a grille in the bumper cover. If you want them out, and to mount it to the crush bar, then you're going to have to make a strong bracket that doesnt flex, because it will be sort of "C" shaped. Either way should be fine though.. -------------------- If anyone needs interior stuff, etc, I'm parting whats left of my celi out. Just ask.

Howd it turn out? I did that before I got the new bumper. The job was not fun, ended up taking me bout 12 hours. Should have taken the bumper off. Would have been a lot easier in the long run. Oh well.
I'd love to see pics! -------------------- ![]() psalm 69 |
