Possable delete: WTB: 3sge exhaust manifold or other header, I thought this might be kept for referance on 5s header options Options

I'm wanting to get a 3sge manifold for my 5s. I've seen one on ebay, but it was kinda rusted up, and the guy wanted $100 plus shipping. I don't see a problem paying this for one, but it has to be nice condition. Any ideas guys?

Although I am considering putting a 3sge engine in the car, I don't have the money or time for that right now. I'm mostly just interested in the exhaust manifold.

does it have to be JDM? because the 4th gen GT-S here have the 3sge in them. i'm not sure if you US guys have them too. check your local wrecker yards for them.
i just threw my old head complete with intake manifold away last week. it was sitting in my garage for so long when i didn't even have my 4th gen anymore... didn't think anyone would want it.

or wait, are you referring to the exhaust manifold?

I'm wanting exhaust. Getting one for the 5s is like putting a header on it because it flows a lot better. I know there's guys out there who have done this. I'm not sure if the US 4th gen Celica's 3sge manifold would work.

Yeah, I've done a search in member rides for GT and header before just to see what was the most popular. Maybe I should pm some of these guys to see if I can buy their headers from them.

why don't you just buy one new ? and either install yourself or have a place do it for you ? I don't understand I posted this up because you were looking for information on which header would work with the 5s, well there are a few guys you can PM and find out.

No no, you missunderstand what I'm doing here. I know what headers will work. I was just seeing if someone knew were I could get a 3sge manifold. I know they bolt up, with some modification. I also know that I can use other ones too, but I'd like to use the 4-2-1 3sge. I could pay $200 for an mr2 header from ebay. But that's an ebay header, and it takes more modification. The reason I said, "or any other header for the 5s," is because if someone has a pacesetter or mr2 header that they don't want, I'll buy it from them. I've been doing research on here a long time to see what will actually work on 5s Celicas. My last post was also in a bit of confusion over your post of all the different headers. I wasn't sure why you showed me all them unless you were suggesting that, "These are the people with headers, see if you can get one of their's from them." I understand what you were doing now.

Wow, I've never seen that site before. It's nice. I will get the 3sge from a 88-89 3sge if it can be confermed that it is the same manifold that is on the newer Euro 3sge's. I don't want to get something that's not going to help out any.

Come on guys, I know there's people out there who know this. I just haff to get there attention some how. Is the 86-89 manifold the same as the newer 3sge manifold on gains in performance?
