clip if you slide a little look into antisway bars to help with that
a more minor note strut bars will help was well

I want to order Tein Superstreet coilovers, ST sway bars, and currently have on backorder Cusco Front/Rear strut bars and lower frame brace. I think once I can get all those peices I will have a close to perfect suspension, I also am gonna look into gettin the door Jam braces that DG is or was makin.

QUOTE
Clip how are you "sliding out" on a FWD car?

when I was rocking the 185's and the 205's of my GT and ST wheels, the ass end being nothing back there weighing anything would always swing out on me around hard corners because of weight transfer.

I have some on my laptop. Whenever I get the thing charged up I have some good pics of my 16X8's. It looks hot from the back IMO, kinda sad that I am stepping down to 7" wide.. Oh well, there will be another day...

I don't have any pics of my car from the rear right now but I love the way that my wheels look under it!!!

I have AXIS 19x8.5 with 245/35/19 T1-S Proxes all around on mine and I think that it is PERFECT.

As far as size VS. performance.... they are too big for 1/4mile just right for turns..

For the track(1/4 mile) I have TRAKLITE 17'S with Hoosiers

I haven't had any problems with rubbing anywhere unless I hit a nasty bumb going over 45-50MPH, And that was with stock suspension as well as my new setup(Tein S-tech's with KONI's)

...Also, as far as how wide they look from behind/under tire width makes a BIG difference. biggrin.gif

As for how much slower the 19's make me -I don't know I never ran them at the track( I'm scared to do a burnout on my 19" tires---$$$ biggrin.gif )
...BUT, I can feel a difference on stop and go acceleration/decceleration, but as far as when I'm on the street I prefer the look comapered to the slight performance trade-off

As for a stock car with the larger wheels I can't really tell you the difference in feel because I have quite abit of performance work done biggrin.gif biggrin.gif . check out my profile I'll put up some pics with my new wheels tonight if I get a chance( the pics on there are my old Racingharts)

what i dont understand about you is you never seem to read or comprehend what peopel tell you.it has already been said that wider will be an upgrade, so why ask it again. also those rims wont fit the bolt patern is wrong.

lol, you're pretty funny. . .

if i were to ask a 5yr old which was better 7" or 8" . . . he'd say the 8" . . . as you'll see...in my first post, i knew wider was better, in fact the thread heading is "HOW WIDE CAN YOU GO?" (implying that wider is better). . . the reason i've posted this last one is to see how the bolt pattern is, and the wheel size....

...do not post here if all you have to say is stupid and un-needed...i'm looking for real answers, not "you never somprehend what people tell you" crap...

_____how would i know whether or not the bolt pattern is right_____?

its called searching. if you know so much then you might know the basics of the bolt pattern on your car is 5x100. what gets so annoying is that you bump your post and never seem to do research you want everybody just to up and answer your questions. use the search spend hours reading post then start thread about stuff you dont understand. if i sound like and asss thats cuz i am. i spend the first 2 years on this foruym reading and learning. i suggest you do the same.

AGREED (afroman) And seems to you that every thing is rice to you. Rims are Rims there is no such thing as a rim that is RICE on your car. And I think everyone on this site will agree to that. Plus Have you ever even used the search on here? Because if you try it out on anything that you are wanting to know instead of post all the time. people are really gonna start not likeing you. Just like Afroman. Seriously just use the search and you will learn. Thats how i have been the only time i post things are if i have already used the search and don't know or understand what they are talking about then i will make a post. <-(also what Afroman means to that) I'm not trying to be a dick to you or nothing. i'm just trying to let you know before other people start saying the same things he did.

cut the kiss up ****, and the rice talk (has nothing to do w/this thread) celiracer, i don't need anoying crap from a fellow noob.

arron, i have used the search botton quite a bit. . .in fact i bet you'd be suprised.

...i had started this thread (no thread on this topic before), and may-as-well ask a simple question that would take at max 1 min. to answer.

Please don't post if you have nothing constructive to say. (celiracer)
