Power Steering, its screeching... Options

My power steering - its screetching, again. it just seems to be the only problem that has come back after i fixed it. except for last time my dad fixed it and he had the manual, he's sadly not around nemore and i cant seem to find that celica text manual (i forgot the name but if it could be done to a celica it had it in there, down to replacing and fixing everything) now, i was wondering if u could do a step by step how-to for me on the power steering belt tightening on a 7a-fe. im not sure if the 5s is diff p/s from the 7a tho, thats why i said for the 7afe

ooo and the p/s oil level is great and the power steering is still working, it just needs tightening i believe. its just annoying than heck to drive around with that :-/
