stock is like +36... we can run as low as +30 offset and still be OK on a 7 in wide wheel... +42 @ 7.5 inches wide will still tuck in.

Actually, they will look almost identical to stock but will actually stick out about 4 more mm (because a stock GT wheel is only 7" wide).

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

so they would fit? They r really nice rims and im gettin paid in about a week, so im gettin about $800. So compaired to stock, would they stick out? be tucked in? or would they be inline with the fenders? I kinda want the rims to fit so its almost fully flush with the fenders. I dont like how the factory GT/GTS rims sit inside. And bolt pattern is a universal 5lug. 10 Hole. So yay or nay? Fit or no?

What do you mean universal 5 lug? The bolt pattern for the celica is a 5x100. The wheels may have 10 holes because they have both 5x100 and 5x114. Be sure to check with whoever you are buying these from. It should have all info on the box... I would not buy these wheels. They have been discontinued so if you bust one you're boned. Also they are pretty damn heavy. An increse in unsprung weight will slow your already underpowered celi worse. But hey its you car do what you want...

I think they will be such inside the fender according
to my calculations.

workpoop is correct. If its 5x100 it will fit if you dont buy tires with an overly large sidewall. As far as being "tucked in", they will look almost identical to stock. Actually, they will stick out 3-4 more mm which will not be noticable.
