after installation check for oil leaks, coolant leaks, exhaust leaks etc... teflon tape watever is needed, make sure everything's nice and tight. good luck with your installation.

well today was definitely not a good day. barely ne progress made due to a bolt head actually coming off. its one of the three bolts holding the downpipe to the exhaust. the head came off and all there is left is thread. but the thread is still tightly holding the downpipe to the thread. not sure how to get it off. hopefully tommorow will be a better day

which bolt are you talking about? the one from the stock 3s downpipe or the one from the 5sfe?

one from the 5sfe. the head actually broke off so theres no way to get a ratchet on it. barely enough thread showing to even get a vice on it, but not enough so that you can turn it. not sure how to get that off decided to bolt everything back up and put the project on hold for a week..to get a couple things and since i need the car starting on sunday again. next weekend is a 3 day weekend so hopefully ill be able to get it done then.

LOTS of PB plaster, a little heat, and a GOOD pair of vice grips.
and if that dont work, just cut thru the flange with a sawzall. your gonna need a new b-pipe welded up anyway to mate to the 3s downpipe.
