install is very easy, only 3 nuts hold em on, and once there off just push the little rubber seal (with wires though it) out and put the new one in. cant really get much easyer.

Did you call toyota for a quote on headlights or taillights? Because that seems about right for a quote for 1 OEM headlight.

If you're talking about JDM tails, check ebay. I bought mine for $209.

um... ok this is really retarded... i can't get the original wiring harness out... i thought u get it out by removing the back trunk panel. then i read this.. but um.. yea.. i can't remove the circular rubber seal that the wiring harness goes through... did you just pull it out? tried pulling it out with pliers but uh.. yea... that thing won't budge

It should just pull right out. and the new tails have the rubber thing you pull right back into it. Very simple

i thought it would be easy to pull out too. it's just a stopper... but damn is it hard to pull out... maybe because it's so cold outside...

if you can't pull them out use a screwdriver and push it from the inside out(put tape at the end so you don't scratch anything)...i got mines right before christmas and it looks great biggrin.gif...but my friends(honda owners) don't notice anything... frown.gif

Do you mean that round rubber thing?
I just pulled it out the whole harness.
The JDM ones should have the same thing.
It's plug and play smile.gif
