Friday night at 6pm i watched as the Celica drive out of my life and into a new one.
The new owners left my houst at 6pm and arrived at their house 14 hours away without a problem. This morning i got a phone call from the new owner thanking me for selling her such a beautiful car. I did tear up as she drove away with almost 5 years of my blood, sweat and tears. The Celica Will Be Missed, But NEVER FORGOTTEN. Saturday i jumped into my new ride.   97 GMC Sierra 4x4 ext. cab grey leather all power panasonic indash TV/DVD/NAVI(being sold soon) 2-12" AMPLE subs in custom ext cab truck box Hypertech programer 6" BDS lift with rancho shocks 15" Centerlines 35-1250 Pro comp all terrains Tint Flowmaster dual exhaust 122k miles with newer 60k mile engine clear corners streetglow blue headlight bulbs this is a great truck. Don't worry, ill be back with another celica this summer. more go, less show.

im loving the more go less show aspect..... it's also good to see that your not leaving the celi community.
I hearby declare that there should be a moment of silence while reading this post - in honor of your car and it's legacy ( former readers ride in SS and everything ) - your car's been through soo much... i think i'll miss it myself ....... newayz - i'll start the moment of silence **turns music off**

i don't think she is too into cars. i think she liked the color.
i added the Teck stix to the truck. my gf got them for me for the celica, but when i sold the celica, i didn't have anything to put them on. so, i put them on the truck. lol -------------------- Jared Harwell

I must admit, I secretly watched and admired your beautiful car, it was my absolute favorite car, on 6gc, and I cant help but follow some of the choices you made with your celi for my own. I was glad when you didnt sell your car, but now its gone......but your celi will always be remembered in my shrine that I put together, and most of all my desktop wallpaper. |

Hey Phat, I've got some 33/12.5/15 Super Swamper TSL's with less than 10 miles on them I'm looking to sell! They are fitted on 15x10 black rockcrawler rims. Give me a pm if you're interested and want pics!
BTW, your car was the ONLY celica on this site with a vader kit that I actually liked. -Josh |
