I still have the stock hood on my car and I had to make modifications to make it work. I had to cut some of the support bars so it wouldn't rub. But what can you do with CF?


Thanks for the help everyone, looks like im gonna have to play with it for a while and see what happens. Ill get back on with the results.

its a known fact that the tmic of a 3sgte wont fit under the hood of a standard at200-st204 chassie. even though you have an aftermarket hood, im sure that they didnt take the 3sgte into concideration when manufacturing the hood for the at200. so your choices are a) get a gt4 hood b) take a chainsaw to the hood or try to hammer it out c) (the best option) save for a fmic.



Hmmm thats really wierd because mine fits under the vis c-one replica. Its a tight fit but it fits, it touches the hood infact but it still closes. It is a good idea to fmic asap, cus the tmic sucks balls anyway.

well different companies make the vis replicas so they probably aren't all the same as far as clearance goes under the hood.

Maybe or maybe he doesn't have his engine mounted yet so its not fitting right.
